Secrets for Vibrant Health & Longevity

Buddhist nun Fan Xiu Lan made a special journey every third moon. She would descend from the mystic ridges of Fragrant Peak and visit the local hospital. There, she selected the five sickest hospice patients to take back up the mountain.

By the third lunar cycle, she would return with the same patients—now miraculously cured—and gather the next five for the journey back to repeat the cycle of healing.

What was Fan Xiu Lan’s secret to restore health and vitality in her patients? It was a little known rejuvenation practice called Dao Gong

Now you can learn these secrets too!

Meet Your Instructors

Hi, I’m Holly Tse, Founder of ChineseFootReflexology.com. For the Introduction to Dao Gong Workshop, I was excited to join forces with my friend David Wei who is the Founder and Executive Director of Wudang West Cultural Heritage Center.

Like me, David’s interest in energy healing came from training in martial arts. We both realized that secrets to health and harmony were embedded within the deeper philosophies of Asian martial arts.

One of the things that makes David such an amazing instructor is that he’s an embodiment of both East and West. He grew up in California, and was inspired to journey to Wudang Mountain in China—considered to be the birthplace of Daoism—to join a temple and become a monk.

For five years, he trained 10 to 12 hours a day and learned the language of Daoism in Mandarin. David’s commitment and ability to understand Mandarin opened many doors of opportunity for him to learn mystical secrets of martial arts and healing that are unavailable to others.

When David told me about Fan Xiu Lan and the amazing potency of Dao Gong, I had to share it with my readers and students because it’s an incredible and transformative force for health and well-being.

I hope you’ll take this amazing opportunity to learn the rejuvenating art of Dao Gong. Prepare to have fun!

Here's What Students Said About Introduction to Dao Gong:

“Feel more energy all over!”

Easy and subtle and really powerful. Wow. Feet and hands tingling.”

“The practice today helped me feel calmer, less panicky”

“I’m so grateful to learn these new (for me) techniques! I’ve shifted my perspective from what I am not capable of doing physically to what I AM able to do physically. I’m celebrating what my body can do and I feel balanced, healthy and energized….. leading to JOY!”

“It made me aware of all sorts of ‘crunchy’ muscular tension, and gave me a calm way to work it out, rather than pounding away at the gym.”

“Started with knee pain – get it on and off and it is at ease❤❤❤”

“That was brilliant great fun too!”

In the weeks after the workshop, David and I continued to hear from students who shared improvements in digestion, relief from back pain, more ease in movement, feeling better (increased sense of happiness, compassion and gratitude), and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your course access does not expire. You’ll have access to the course in the online learning center for as long as I’m teaching Chinese Reflexology, which I expect to be many years. I don’t promise “lifetime access” because making a promise with integrity is something that’s very important to me. I don’t believe that anyone can promise lifetime access with full integrity. E.g. whose lifetime are they guaranteeing? Yours or theirs? What if you outlive them by 20 years? What if the file format becomes obsolete in 20 years?

I’ve been using the Internet for almost 30 years and worked in high tech. In that time, I’ve witnessed technology, infrastructure, and file formats change dramatically. I’ve also seen industry giants become obsolete. Therefore, no one can guarantee lifetime access.

However, I can guarantee at least three years of access (excluding unforeseen disaster or death) as I’m confident that the file formats will still be around three years from now, and I’m fairly optimistic that people won’t be plugging their brains directly into the Internet in three years! 🙂 However, the available time will likely be much longer as you’ll have indefinite access for as long as I’m teaching.

Dao gong is a simple system of gentle movements. The key to Dao Gong’s potency is its unique Daoist mindset for practicing. Thus, it’s not so much about what you’re doing, but more about how you’re doing it.

Tai Chi’s roots are in martial arts, and it’s about overcoming challenges through consistent effort. On the other hand, Qi Gong isn’t a martial art. Its roots are in wellness, and it encourages us to nourish life.

However, at the heart of it, both Tai Chi and Qi Gong operate from a paradigm of disease, disfunction, or lack with the goal of fixing or remedying what is broken.

Yoga is a poplar movement practice that often challenges the body. Many postures can be difficult to do without personal instruction or conditioning. Dao Gong does not require any special practice spaces, props, or uncomfortable poses. It is gentle, easy to learn, and you can even practice it while you’re brushing your teeth!

Absolutely! If you’ve ever studied Tai Chi or Qi Gong, you may be familiar with some of these movements. However, Dao Gong takes it to the next level. Students have commented that David “does a great job of explaining things and breaking down the movements step by step.” However, what they don’t realize is that in his step-by-step break down, David is actually revealing secrets not taught in other practices. As his teacher said, “The secrets are hiding in plain sight!” Dao Gong is intended to supplement the human condition. In that regard, it will improve your existing movement practice and also grow your capacity for play!

This recording is from the introductory workshop taught in June 2023. David demonstrated 4 of Dao Gong’s 18 movements. For the full system of Dao Gong, David taught a Secrets of Dao Gong course. Currently, registration is not open for this course, but it will likely be open again in Spring 2024 for $550. While this introductory workshop covers four movements, David selected ones that would be of great benefit to you. The “What students have to say” section on this page are shares from students who only practiced the four movements in this recording.

If you have previously enrolled in Secrets of Dao Gong, you will find the recording of the introductory workshop in the Bonuses section when you login to wudangwest.com.

This is like purchasing a product where 1% or proceeds are donated to an organization, only we’re donating 50% and also our time, labor and infrastructure to make the workshop recording available online. Because Chinesefootreflexology.com is not a registered non-profit, we are unable to issue you a donation receipt. If you would like to support Wudang West Cultural Heritage Center in their mission of preserving and sharing Wudang traditions to promote health and wellness around the world, you can make a donation at www.wudangwest.com

Can I donate directly to Wudang West and then get access to the course?

Unfortunately, this option is not available. Wudang West is a small non-profit where David does almost everything himself to support the organization. As a result, Wudang West does not have the infrastructure or resources to make this workshop recording available as a gift with donation. That’s why it’s exclusively available for purchase here.
