The mind body connection is quintessential for your health and vitality. That’s why it’s helpful to have a soul perspective when life throws you a curveball so that you can better navigate the challenges you face, and do your best to maintain balance and harmony in your body.
If you’ve been facing difficult times, I wanted to share some soul perspectives that may help you move through the situation with more ease and flow.
From March 2019 to September 2021, I experienced some of the most challenging years of my life in terms of events outside of my control.
Forget about Covid, rolling blackouts, wildfires, and wildfire evacuation alerts. Pshaw! Those were nothing compared to all the other @%#! I experienced. Covid and wildfires were merely the backdrop for those two and a half years of my life.
In November 2020, my beloved cat, Furball crossed over the rainbow bridge. We were together for 20 years. He was the only one who was there every single day of my life and witnessed my transformation from stressed out tech worker to who I am today. He was a special cat that left his mark on everyone who ever met him.
If I rated Furball’s passing as 10/10 in terms of emotional upheaval, I would say that I experienced about ten events rated 7/10 or higher during that period of my life. I faced more challenges during in those years than in the previous 48 years combined.
Fortunately, the cosmic energy for this time period began to clear in September, and it’s now been almost three blissfully boring months!!! Yay! Nothing happened!
Interestingly, I had my palm read when I was in my early 20s and the palm reader noted a couple of diamond shapes crossing my lifeline. These marks were indicative of traumatic events. She accurately pointed out an event when I was 19, and then said that something else would be happening around 50-years of age. Being in my 20s, I thought that 50 was far away, so I forgot about what she said and only recalled it recently.
Fortunately, after this period, she said it was clear sailing ahead. I do feel like I’ve moved past this “diamond” and am looking forward to what lies ahead.
The perspectives I share in this video helped me navigate the rough seas, so I hope they’ll be helpful for you too.
