Let’s face it, sometimes self-care feels like a chore that you should do because it’s “good” for you. So you add it to your very long to-do list. E.g. meditate, practice qigong, do the Tai Chi “simplified” form. Uh, simplified? There are 24 movements to remember. That’s not simple.
When you’re mentally exhausted, working really hard, under stress, or going through the emotional wringer, you don’t need to add more things to your plate.
That’s why I was inspired to create this short video if you’ve been feeling like you just don’t have time for self-care right now. We’ve all been there. Watch the video to:
- Discover why self-care falls to the wayside when you need it most, and why this has nothing to do with your motivation, willpower, or self-love
- A real-life example of why poor digestion isn’t due to “getting older,” and how Traditional Chinese Medicine reveals the deeper connection between energy, emotions, and self-care
- What you can do when your body needs rest, but there’s too much going on
If you’ve been looking for a self-care practice that’s easy to do (and learn), and also feels like an uplifting hug from the Universe (or a cozy purring cat in your lap), join me and Master David Wei for the live Dao Gong Healing Experience. And yes, there is a recording in case you can’t attend live.
Follow along as you learn Dao Gong. You’ll be surprised at how easy and fun it is to do, and how much better you’ll feel after practicing a few movements. Dao Gong is so gentle that it might seem like you’re hardly doing anything, but that’s the power of the Daoist philosophy underlying Dao Gong. Think of it like your body’s version of “working smarter, not harder.”
Plus, it’s free to learn and experience, so you’ve got nothing to lose while you do “nothing”. As the Tao Te Ching says: “The Master does nothing, yet he leaves nothing undone.”
Looking forward to sharing Dao Gong with you.

P.S. When you register, you’ll also get a link to the recording after the live event. So if you’re busy and can’t join live, Dao Gong will meet you where you are.
